Foyer
One thing you’ll notice upon entering is there are few curtains. Since the property is secluded we wanted to take full advantage of all the views. Out front just past the first tree line is 15 acres of pasture.
Living
Once inside the front door, one can be overwhelmed by the pure beauty this home has to offer. It’s spacious, naturally lit, and has an abundance of beautiful windows. The cathedral ceiling with LED lighting and modern fans makes for a grand room. The natural oak mantel combined with the feature rich, but not intrusive TV (all components conveniently hidden), offers a full gambit of entertainment in this gorgeous living space.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a nook on one side and formal dining on the other. In it are two islands, grand cabinetry, and delightful under and over cabinet lighting. The backsplash is a focal point for visitors as they marvel in its beauty.
Dining
The formal dining area epitomizes the ‘open concept’ as all four sides are adjacent to another area (eg. balcony, enclosed deck, kitchen or living room).
Nook
A favorite place to eat is the nook which has a window with views of the nearby mountains. It, like the dining room, has access onto the enclosed deck. A common feature throughout the home are low energy LED ceiling lights.
Porch
The enclosed porch is the bridge from the open space to the outdoors. It offers a vantage point to be as near to nature as possible. Complete with an overhead fan and a mounted TV, this room has become one of our favorites.
Laundry
The laundry room is conveniently located adjacent to the mud room which is off the attached garage. It includes a wide utility sink and overhead cabinetry to meet all your washing and laundry storage needs. The marble floors are durable and tie quite nicely to the white cabinets and appliances.

Just off the conditioned garage is a mud-room hallway and the kitchen pantry.
Master
Simply put, this is a master bedroom dreams are made of. It has a private deck, a full view of the backyard, a large en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The oak flooring all throughout the main floor is carried quite nicely into this room as well.
Master Bathroom
Off the master bedroom lies a spacious master bathroom, complete with a separate water closet/bidet. Additionally it has a huge walk-in shower with a natural rock floor and a expansive window view of the backyard.
Kids Room
Upstairs, just across the hall from the master bedroom, is a multipurpose room (eg office, kids room, sitting room). It has a beautiful view of the front yard and the adjacent pasture.
Guest Bath
Located just off the living room, main foyer, and kids bedroom/ upstairs office is the guest bath. This upstairs guest bath doubles as the kids bath with a pivoting glass shower door for easy bathing.
Garage
Just off the mudroom is a very spacious two-car garage. It is radiant heated making the trip to/from the car in the dead of winter more comfortable. It has a side door to access the outdoors and an automatic insulated garage door. The very tall ceiling provides ample space for your seasonal storage.
